Click & Collect

Collect your online purchase at the Brisbane Studio free of charge.

• Simply select your product online and we will let you know if your items are available for collection within 8 hours.

• Due to high demand, items sent from our warehouse may take 3-10 business days to arrive in the Brisbane Studio.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event that we cannot complete your Click & Collect order, you will receive an email notifying you of the unavailable item/s and we will send a refund to your original payment method.

We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price and reduced items within 30 days from date of purchase.

Return or exchange your online purchase in our Brisbane Studio free of charge. 

Returns By Post

Return your online purchase by post. For a full refund to apply, the items must be in their original packaging with no damages.
